Ginger Zest, as the name suggests is Black tea enriched with liberal amount of zest of Zingiber rhizomes to give the soothing warmth to the hot cup of tea. Being entirely plant based, this is an all season drink.

Tea is happiest somewhere cool, dry, and dark ,away from sunlight, strong smells, and the heat of the stove. Keep it sealed in its tin or an airtight jar, and it'll hold its character for months. One small thing: tea readily takes on the aromas around it, so store it away from spices and coffee. Treated kindly, every leaf stays as bright as the day you opened it.
